Job Overview:

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Real Estate Sales Advisor to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties while providing exceptional customer service and expert guidance throughout the transaction process. The role requires strong negotiation skills, market knowledge, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and industry professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Consultation: Assist clients in understanding market trends, property values, and investment opportunities. Provide tailored property solutions based on client needs and budget.

Property Sales & Rentals: Actively promote and sell residential and commercial properties. Guide clients through property viewings, negotiations, and final transactions.

Market Research: Stay updated on market conditions, real estate regulations, and property trends to provide accurate information and insights to clients.

Lead Generation & Networking: Develop and maintain relationships with potential buyers, sellers, and investors. Utilize various channels such as social media, networking events, and referrals to generate leads.

Contract Management: Prepare and review contracts, agreements, and legal documents related to property transactions in collaboration with legal teams and brokers.

Negotiation & Closing Deals: Work closely with clients, brokers, and financial institutions to negotiate favorable terms and close deals efficiently.

Customer Support: Provide exceptional post-sales support to clients, ensuring a seamless experience and building long-term relationships.

Marketing & Promotion: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies, promotional campaigns, and advertising initiatives.

Reporting & Performance Tracking: Maintain records of sales transactions, client interactions, and market data for reporting and performance analysis.

Requirements:

Proven experience in real estate sales, property consulting, or a related field.

Strong knowledge of real estate laws, property management, and market trends.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Proficiency in CRM software and real estate management tools.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

A valid real estate license (if required by local regulations).
